November 19th Ad Challenge

This week’s challenge is an Ad Challenge.  Use the Ad pictured below as inspiration to create a layout, card, or altered item.  You can use the design of the ad or colors.  Feel free to rotate, flip, or mirror the image.  When you upload your project please tell us how the ad inspired you.

I used the design of the ad to create this card: (I used circles in place of the rounded squares)

Cats Eye Fluid dark brown ink
QuicKutz Silhouette…to cut the digital image tree branch

Scrapbook Express will be giving a $25 gift certificate to one lucky challenge participant each month. There will be 4 challenges each month as usual. Members can submit one entry per challenge giving them up to four chances to win the gift certificate. This month’s draw will be to a random winner.  By submitting to the challenge, participants give the right to the Scrapbook Express Blog team to post pictures of the entries on the winner announcement post. Our first winner will be announced next Friday, November 27th.

This is your last chance this month to get into the draw! 

Participants must have a Flickr.com account and will need to join the Scrapbook Express Flickr group. Participants should upload their project (layout or card) and tag them with the corresponding challenge date seNov19. View the projects, choose “Send to Group” then “Scrapbook Express.”

Participants will have until Wednesday at midnight MT to upload entries for the current week. In order for a gift certificate to be given, there must be at least 15 different entries for the month. If you have any questions please email us at scrapbookexpressblog@gmail.com.
