If you are like me, life has been a bit crazy – or should I say really crazy with all the extra holiday things. So this week we’re going to keep the challenge simple, but useful.
Each year at Christmas there is always someone I want to thank for their thoughtfulness. It might be for a gift, hosting a party or helping out at a church event. Whatever the reason, I think most would agree that it would brighten someone’s day to receive a holiday thank you card.
Here is my example:
Imaginisce Polar Express All Bundled Up (both sides)
Fiskars Deckled Edge Scissors
Pebbles Thank You rub-on
Your challenge is to create a holiday type thank you card that has at least one snowflake of some kind on it. (Patterned paper, sticker, brad, diecut etc.) Participants must have a Flickr.com account and will need to join the Scrapbook Express Flickr group. Participants should upload their projects and tag them with the corresponding challenge date seDec24. View the projects, choose “Send to Group” then “Scrapbook Express.” Participants will have until Wednesday at midnight MT (December 30th for this challenge) to upload entries for the current week.
Join us each Thursday for a new challenge. There will be 5 challenges for December, so you can have up to 5 entries…1 per week. The winner will be announced on January 1st, 2010. In order for a gift certificate to be given, there must be at least 15 different entries for the month. If you have any questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
